1st Annual Poobunny Ride Saturday Oct. 12

200 bikers will be revving up their engines in support of Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation.

The departure point is Renegade Classics, a motorcycle gear shop at 6758 Folsom Boulevard. Their destination is Paschke Ranch in Woodland. (36047 County Road 25)

This ride, which is open to all cyclists (and autos), was created by Dotie Dollson. who was looking for a way to memorialize her niece, Adele Mott.

California PONY Baseball 12-year-old All Star Team will be playing in the 2013 World Series

The Vacaville California PONY Baseball 12 year old Bronco Division All Star Team will be playing in the 2013 World Series to be held The Week of August 1st in Los Alamitos CA.

The Vacaville All-Stars after defeating Hilo Hawaii and taking first place in the last four Western Zone tournaments will be competing against three other United States teams along with teams from Mexico, Korea ,and Puerto Rico.

The Vacaville team Led by Manager Dennis Selby, Head Coach Troy Lamb, Coach Jed Groeneweg has had a record of 16 wins and 1 loss on the long road to the World Series.

The players representing the best the City of Vacaville has to offer are, Trey Peyton, Austin Lamb, Titus Groeneweg, Alejandro Belo, Alex Selby, Jacob Carr, Joey Battle, Andrew Smith, Corbin Ferdig,  Alyx Perry, Trevor Marshall, Chad Pippin, and Gary Molina.
