SACRAMENTO -- The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against most of Arizona's immigration laws, but they upheld the provision allowing police to question a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws but struck down the other three provisions.

The dean of the UC Davis law school, Kevin Johnson, expresses his opinion on the ruling and what it means for other states.
